The energy management system was intelligently configured to optimize fuel efficiency by automatically starting the diesel generator once each day at midnight for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. During this period, the generator powers the facility and recharges the battery bank before shutting down automatically. The hybrid system then seamlessly supplies uninterrupted power from the solar PV array and battery storage, ensuring reliable 24/7 electricity while significantly reducing diesel fuel consumption and operating costs.
